We don’t just teach kickboxing. We coach character.

Program Details
Pricing: Each teen enrolled is $180! Which is just $10 a class! If money is an issue please contact us directly.
Requirements: Boxing gloves and shin guards (No need for the expensive stuff! Email me if you need guidance and which ones to get) & athletic clothes - something comfortable to move and sweat in
For teens 15yo+: Teens at least 15 years old have the opportunity to do technical sparring. A mouth guard and headgear would be required if they choose to participate. We will go over proper techniques, methods, and etiquette for sparring — how to be an exceptional partner.
Max Capacity: Lock in your spot! For safety and security reasons, we can take in the first 12 kids that apply!
Program Overview
Week 1 – Foundation: Footwork, Jabs & Crosses, Technique
We will build foundational skills of striking through focused drills on foot positioning, balance, and movement. They'll learn how to throw effective jabs and crosses with proper form, emphasizing accuracy, rhythm, and timing. Our first week sets the tone for body mechanics and technical discipline.
Week 2 – Kicks & Range Control: Footwork, Straights & Roundhouse Kicks, Technique
We will start refining their footwork while integrating straight punches and roundhouse kicks. Our focus will be on maintaining balance while kicking, understanding range, and transitioning smoothly between upper and lower body strikes.
Week 3 – Putting It Together: Combos & Movement Technique
This week we introduce offensive combinations, teaching students how to chain punches and kicks together effectively. Our drills will emphasize fluid movement, angle changes, and maintaining rhythm while staying defensively aware.
Week 4 – Defensive Skills: Blocking, Slipping, and Movement
Now we’ll focus on core defensive techniques, including blocking, slipping, rolling, and evading strikes. Drills will simulate realistic attack patterns to teach reaction and positioning, helping students stay safe and composed under pressure.
Week 5 – Counter Striking: Defense to Offense Transitions
Expanding from last week, we’ll go over how to respond to incoming attacks with effective counters. This includes timing-based drills, pad work, and partner drills focused on reading attacks and delivering accurate responses.
Week 6 – Application: Speed & Power, Controlled Sparring (Ages 15+)
Our final week brings together all skills through higher intensity drills emphasizing speed, power, and precision. Students aged 15+ can participate in light controlled sparring to apply their techniques in a dynamic setting. Emphasis will be placed on control, respect, and real-time adaptation.

How to get here?
Our private gym is conveniently situated in a residential area, adjacent to the right side of the house. Guests may park along the hillside, when coming up to the gym. To access the gym, walk into the culdesac (we’re at the end on the left - you’ll see a sign!), proceed up the right side of the driveway. Continue toward the rear entrance marked with the Kadukus sign by the door.
