What To expect:
CONDITIONING
HIIT (High Interval Training) which will include weighted/unweighted exercises and bag work (Gloves REQUIRED)
ALL LEVEL KICKBOXING & BOXING
All levels are welcome! Whether you’re learning or sharpening the basics (Gloves REQUIRED)
INTERMEDIATE KICKBOXING, MUAY THAI, FIGHT TEAM PRACTICE
Must bring all gear and running shoes (Must speak to coach prior in person or via phone to be part of class)
OPEN MAT
Be respectful of those around you! Drilling/Pad work with a partner allowed. (Prior to sparring - Ask coach for permission)
SPARRING
All gear required: Mouthguard, 16oz gloves, Shin Guards (if you are kicking), must speak with coach. (Recommended: Head Gear)
